I genuinely love what I do. Building relationships with employers and candidates is all about honesty, transparency and trust. Every candidate is unique and has their own ambitions, skills and personal attributes and I endeavour that these are matched to the most suitable role.

After 10 years working for recruitment agencies and helping professionals across a wide array of roles in the finance, accountancy and legal sectors, I now own and run Christina Guille Recruitment, which offers a more bespoke and personal approach to recruitment. Helping hundreds of candidates and clients over the years has enabled me to gain an in-depth understanding of the Guernsey job market and an appreciation for the struggles and frustrations that both organisations and job seekers face.

What I believe

‘Good recruitment’ shouldn’t be measured by the number of people placed but by the opportunities and relationship created between an organisation and their new staff member. Success for me is about connecting great people with great companies so that both the individual and the business can thrive.
Connecting people is all about trust and listening to what they need. It’s not just about finding a person any old job but finding them a career that is going to provide the satisfaction, challenge and support they deserve in a working environment in which they can succeed.

What I do

I match the right people with the right job. The way I go about this is beautifully simple: I delve a little deeper to understand the personality of the companies I work with and the passions and aspirations of the candidates I’m looking to place. It’s like old-fashioned matchmaking!
